Any medical equipment: dental, monitors, surgical lights, imaging, hospital furniture, aesthetics and laboratory. New, used or refurbished. What we don't do is imports outside the medical field.
Which countries do you bring equipment from?
Any country. Everything crosses through the United States into Mexico. If your equipment comes from outside the United States, there is an in-bond transit charge, already included in your quote.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in Mexico.
How long does it take?
The quote, 24 hours. Delivery, 10 business days on average from the moment we pick up the equipment in the United States.
What do you need to give me a quote?
The equipment (brand and model), where it is, where it is going and when you need it. Weight and dimensions help a lot, because freight is quoted by volume, not by the value of the equipment.
Do I get a Mexican invoice?
Yes. You receive a Mexican invoice and your equipment travels covered by its customs entry (pedimento), so you can record it in your books.
What is a pedimento?
It is the official Mexican customs entry that proves your equipment entered Mexico legally. We file it for you.
What if the equipment needs a health registration or permit?
We handle the process; you don't have to do anything.
How do I know where my shipment is?
We keep you posted directly on WhatsApp or email, with a single point of contact.
