Who is responsible for your data

Comtramedic, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter, Comtramedic) is responsible for the use and protection of the personal data you share with us through this website, by email or on WhatsApp. For anything related to your data, you can write to us at info@comtramedic.com.

What data we collect

Only what we need to quote and handle your shipment:

• Identification and contact data: name, company, email and phone or WhatsApp.
• Shipment data: the equipment you need to import, its origin and destination, the delivery date and any comments you share with us.
• Tax data, only if you hire the service and need an invoice.

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

What we use it for

Purposes required to provide the service:

• Preparing and sending your quote.
• Coordinating the pickup, crossing, customs clearance and delivery of your equipment.
• Filing the customs entry, any applicable permits and your invoice.
• Keeping you informed about the progress of your shipment.

Additional purpose, not required for the service: sending you information about our services. If you don't want to receive it, write to info@comtramedic.com at any time and we will stop, without affecting your service.

Who we share it with

To move your equipment, we share only the essential data with the customs agents, carriers and logistics providers involved in your shipment, and with customs, tax or health authorities when the law requires it. These transfers are necessary to fulfill what you hired, so they do not require additional consent. We do not sell or rent your data.

The form and WhatsApp

When you send the quote form, your details reach us by email and we use them only to handle your request. If you also choose to send them on WhatsApp, that message travels through WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy. This website does not use tracking cookies or analytics or advertising tools; if that changes, we will say so here.

Your rights

You can access your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to a particular use (ARCO rights under Mexican law), as well as revoke your consent or limit the use of your data. To do so, write to info@comtramedic.com with your name, a way to reply to you, an ID and a clear description of your request. We respond within 20 business days at most and, if it applies, we carry it out within the following 15 business days.

You can also sign up for Profeco's Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP). If you believe your right to data protection has been violated, you may contact the competent authority.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will publish the current version on this same page with its update date.
